nettle infusions. Make it strong--make it at night, in a quart jar with a tight lid--it will be mineral-rich by morning. Can drink it iced, with a bit of Sea Salt , "spiked with rum", just kidding....the poitn is, this is a highy nourishing food, and drinking your nutrition, rather than eating, would probably be beneficial.
So, I'd be thinking, good soups, that sortof thing.
I also, this am just tried a tomato juice "liver flush" that I have to say, was so delicious, my body seems to crave it.
Instead of two doses over a half hour,I took three--over an hour.

I made the "juice" with a watered down organic tomato paste .
Delicious! And I feel really good, not hungry. This includes garlic and turmeric, and its blended thick--the liver loves turmeric.
