Hi - well, no, I don't do this per se, but that being said, one thing I do is make my morning shower very hot, and that makes me sweat. This is followed by a few minutes at cold temp. Really feel good after that. Plus I blanket-up a lot at night and sweat at night that way (until I awaken hot and have to throw covers off). These are small variances of a routine my alternative doc gave me for exactly that - to help detox and take some of the stress off the liver. What he said was to take a hot shower, and alternate 3-5 times with the cold (hot/cold/hot/cold) and then immediately get under s stack of blankets and lie still and sweat for 30 minutes. I do this because the hot/cold routine followed by massive blankets and lying still was kind of a pain. It does work.
