It's all in the food really. I eat range fed animals, frozen for 13 days. My eggs are raw from free range soy and corn free hens. The duck eggs they supplement with soy :(
I eat raw liver, and raw unpasteurized dairy. Sheep goat and cow. I ferment my own kefir and yogurt, and am goign to learn to make my own cheese, curds and whey! Mmmmmm...
I eat no grains. They are hard on the body. I eat no beans, and no starchy veggies. I am never hungry, my blood Sugar is totally stable, and I have ENERGY! I run walk and play. I sleep when I am tired and wake up refreshed and ready to go.
I still have a symptom here and there. But that's just a 10-20 minute nap after lunch and I am back at it. But what can I say. I only started the full raw thing last Friday!
