The bulk of what I eat is meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, berries and nuts. I do eat some carbohydrate that is not paleo, such as rice, because I didn't feel good on low carb, but in general I limit carbohydrate intake. Sweet potatoes and jams are better sources though.
I vary my foods a lot, but this is what I had yesterday:
- 4 raw organic eggs (sometimes I fry them or boil them, I like to vary for taste), 1 apple
Lunch at work:
- gluten-free meat sauce, 2 table spoons of cooked rice, crapload of various salads + lots of olive oil
- chicken breasts with lots of greens and olive oil
- 1 orange
Felt so satiated that I didn't eat much anything before going to bed.
I also often take 1 table spoon of coconut oil every time I eat.
