recently i made myself some sauerkraut juice... i simply blend cabbage with water and let it ferment for a while. then strain through a nutmilk bag.
when it was ready, i took a sip of it, and the first thing that came to my mind was 'woah, this stuff feels like its full of brain clearing enzymes too' afterward, dowsing suggested it indeed is, more so than Eden barley malt... so something to look into.
and sauerkraut juice is just so good! i do it with red cabbage, the color is amazing.
