candida diets vary i wouldn't worry about them too much just eat very healthy reduce unnecessary sugars i hope it works

u see i thought like u i feared honey and suffered from 1995 til 2005 10 yrs until i tried it daily with a healthy Diet and i got die off within days.

i believed these diets too and only got weaker.
