"First I did go on a strict no sugar, no fruit diet with elimination of many high glycemix foods.

Then I started eating more fruits after around 1 month. I added them slowly and started with granny smith apples. I took gizhah daily with honey. I took limited amounts of honey and eliminated all processed foods. (is not 1 spoon limited?)

It did not take that long but trying to convince people you can live again is not easy.

strange ppl take many things out of context i feel like i have to walk ppl thru every post to use common sense i only came to offer those interested a diff perspective.

i honestly dont know of any muslim who doesnt know or believe honey is a cure for stomach ailments , seems ur backing out from ur core beliefs in public?
