Re: The big dilemma !!!

Yeah I agree this is very frustrating. Same problem, I feel pretty good while on diflucan, when I go off it, the problems return. Though I must say it seems some of the symptoms are milder. But, I did cut out alcohol. That's the one thing I was able to successfully remove. Part of me would like to see how I feel if I start drinking again. When I was drinking I was feeling very bad. Either the probiotics are not working, which the gastro md I saw does not believe in whatsoever, or these Antibiotics did something else we are missing. But the fact that we cannot eat what should be harmless things like some bread, fruit, chocolate etc. is just unacceptable. There are people around me all day long eating total sh*t and they are just fine. My dilemma is to decide whether or not to get an endoscopy. This md thinks its something else, but she has said things that concern me. Like she thinks its celiac disease even after I told her that there are plenty of foods that have nothing to do with gluten that bother me. All my blood work comes back normal except for the candida antibody test. I just hate to do another test that comes back with nada and this one is no simple blood draw.
