This is very true.

However, the body does need a small amount of poly and mono-unsaturates. You should be eating mostly saturated, but you do need a little bit of the unsaturates as well.

Well, after reading the entire thing I may have to re-think my belief on this subject. I consume a small amount of hemp oil daily for omega 3 and 6 intake. Maybe I should stop this?
