I was reading through the other excellent link you posted on Iodine protocol and it said,
"Iodine is carried from the intestines into the blood via unsaturated fatty acids."
I wonder if this only applies to the water dissolved iodine?
Would alcohol dissolved Iodine be exempt from this requirement? Could the strict avoidance of unsaturated fats be causing people to have Iodine absorption issues?
Why don't we just inject our iodine kinda like insulin injections? I like needles, that's why I donate platelets twice a month.
