I believe this is not exact... the lypospheric idea is to get everything INTRA cellular, by putting it inside a little phospholipid envelop. thus it can get inside the cells without any troubles... increasing dramatically the intra cellular absorption rate of whatever is inside a lyposphere...

If people wanted fat soluble vitamin C, they would simply buy ascorbyl palmitate, the fat soluble version of vitamin C .

therefore, with the ALA, the advantage is as with any other, intra cellular absorption is greatly enhanced... thus this might be of extra benefits compared to normal ALA...

i do agree with your method with the flax oil though, and thats a good tip... however we are talking cow and oranges here.
