I believe the best would be, hands down, lypo C. i dont think ascorbyl palmitate is a really interesting supplement...

i didnt do much research on it though, and if Tizona is right in saying its not actually fat soluble because of the way we digest it, then it makes it useless... might as well get ascorbic acid.

if you do your own lypo C, please report!! and also dont forget to use SODIUM ASCORBATE to do it, not ASCORBIC ACID! this appears to be important, mostly if you plan on taking a good amount.
