I'd say follow McCombs Plan, honestly. I felt the same way you did a few weeks ago, but now I feel like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. You have to stick to the plan for 4 months, but over the course of that time you can start adding in certain foods. Check it out. And, no, I'm not selling anything.
