Re: Systematic Candidiasis. If I don't find a cure, I don't want to live.

What is the longest that you have stuck to one particular protocol?

The reason I ask is that I was so overeager to rid myself of candida that I started mixing supplements and then got too creative with my diet. The reason I'm really happy on McCombs plan is that it has a start and end date with strict rules. I can't bear the thought of sticking with rules forever, but for 4 months I can. I am not getting any of the die off symptoms because of the daily sweating regimen. I'm telling you that I was just where you are a few weeks ago. Every product (caprylic acid, oregano oil, etc...) was toxic to my liver and hurt my stomach, Threelac wasn't bringing me complete healing, and so undecenoic acid was the way for me to go. I can feel it working. I have hope - for both me and you!

Take care.
