I know most of you are professional in this field. I just recently started doing CEs daily, and i am sure i could get some tips from you guys... i read some threads about it, and so far i get that:
-i should boil or simmer the coffee for atleast 15minutes
-i should do a concentrate for convenience and not store it more than 4-5 days in the fridge
-i should use the cofee from SA wilson DOT com .. (that will have to wait for now)
what about the green coffee beans? there is quite a few study that shows they will increase detox actions even more than roasted coffee.
also, i did a coffee concentrate mixing 1 cup of coffee with 2 cups of warm water overnight , without ever boiling.. why is that bad?
