Is there a point that the kefir is bad for you?

I've left the grains in for a couple of days.

I read that you should get any blackout if you see that... but I think that is from germs.

Is it ok if you see white stuff growing on top?

Or if you leave the grains in for 36 hours?

If it separates?

Is it good as long as it tastes good?
