ok that might be a fun headline... anyhow yesterday i made fresh homemade kimchi, because after over a year of wanting to do it i finally found organic nappa cabbage.
somehow though in my enthusiast i kinda completely overlooked the massive quantity of garlic and onions in there...
I ended up eating some of this garlic loaded cabbage, and insta-brain fog ensued, still lasting this morning.. (I also realized that pineal hasn't been running , i am not sure since how long i guess around 2days, so that would have gotten me off the doctrine also...) usually when pineal is running brainfogs are cleared overnight.
all this to say.. anybody had similar experience with garlic, after avoiding it for months and then having a good quantity of it? i feel like i fried my brain a bit there... i had a similar experience with a MSM overdose.
