95057 I found articles for you.

I have found articles to back up what I have been telling you, including articles from the NYTimes and Mayo Clinic. I even took a nutrition class in college that stated too much supplemental vitamin c is a pro-oxidant rather than an anti-oxidant, which means too much kickstarts the free radical process. According to these articles, vitamin C in foods (its natural state) is ok even in high amounts, but taking synthetically and/or by supplements is different. You must follow the guidelines set for adequate vitamin/mineral intake. There is a reason why they are set that way. You risk health problems such as kidney stones when you are not following directions. Remember to keep us posted over the months so we can see how you are doing with these excesses. Also, if you want to do more research on your own just google "vitamin c overdose" "dangers of too much vitamin c" "vitamin mineral overdoses" etc, etc.

pay close attention in this article about what they are saying about iron. this makes me suspicious about your bruising.

"Vitamin C Ė Vitamin C is also water soluble and does not store in the body. However, consistently taking doses of vitamin C over three grams each day can lead to kidney stones, urinary tract irritation, nausea, diarrhea and blood clots. The average adult age 19 and over should have 75 to 90 mg per day of vitamin C through diet or supplement form." ~According to the link just above it.
