Colon Cleanse, Enzymes and Probiotics

It is me one more time with the latest of my investigation:

Even when my Body Odor had diminished a lot, still there were some recurrences. If this is the way you say it.

Then about 3 weeks ago I eliminated all the supplement pills I was taking for more than 25 years, without stopping, in my effort to find out the cause of my problem. (I never stopped taking supplements for so long)I stopped all the pills and what was remaining of my bad breath and Body Odor disappeared.

In other words:
Have one month of Colon Cleanse every year.
Have a liver Flush
Read labels. Avoid any products containing soy.
According to the allergy org. soy lecithin is not the problem, because the soy protein has been drained out of soy products.
Use peroxide mouth wash once a week 50%water 50% peroxide
Take one or two zinc pills after all the cleanses. Stop the pills.
Take enzymes and probiotics every day with each meal.
I take 3 enzyme pills with each meal and 4 or 5 pills of probiotics once a day.

Hope it works for you!!!

Get rid of all the supplements for a while to check the difference.

I can tell you that fast food chains put soy in everything they make, so if you eat out all the time, stop for a while and compare.

Soy has a lot of proteins that go into your gut without being digested because of lack of enzymes and the lack of enough probiotics allow them to go into the blood stream along with fecal matters that make the body smell.

Best of Luck!
