Re: Milk Thistle or Bupleurum

I got interested in milk thistle when my dog became sick and had high liver count...I take lots of things but MT is not one of them, but it is now...I did some looking and came upon A Vogel and found Milk Thistle Complex in drops. They are from Swisterland and they have thier own oganic farms etc...anyway I asked the lady is it ok to take MK on a preventive basic and daily...she said no problems as lots of people take it taken...So as for that I am going to take it daily...I found some drops at our local health food store and will take them daily till mine comes in...
