Re: A possibly stupid question from a total newbie, what happens (as in symptoms) right after someone with candida drinks fruit/carrot juice?

it's simple, you give a lot of fructose for candinda to ride on when drinking sweet juices. But that's not all, because of the Sugar going into your blood stream (glucose) you will experience spike of insulin what after a while may lead to insulin resistance and you'll get overture to diabetes.
That's why it's a lot better to eat whole fruits and vegetables.
