I just completed my third flush two days ago.
I was committed in my head to doing at least 8-10
but reading your post makes me more committed to do as many as I need to

I am also inspired to see you make small modifications that feel appropriate for your situation.

I found a post on another site of someone finding that that taking Bentonite in the middle of the nite for his nausea helped quickly. He figure his liver dumped some toxic crap and the Bentonite picked it up. so now he takes Bentonite at 9pm , one hour before his olive oil
and I think he said no more nausea
