Mirena, MS or b12?

Hi all,
I have been on an awful roller coaster for a a month and a half now. I started getting a kind of icy-hot feeling in the middle of my back in the beginning, and then woke up one morning with a numb lip. Since then I have had numbness and tingling sensations all over my body. My legs, face, ears, arms, hands. My legs are worse at night, sometimes I get kind of a restless leg feeling in my right leg. The right side of my body seems to be worse. I have also struggled with lightheadedness. My equilibrium feels off and I feel like I have motion sickness and am nauseated. SOmetimes I feal like when I had morning sickness while I was pregnant. I saw a neurologist who sent me for an MRI because I was worried about MS. The MRI showed a few tiny dots that they call punctate. The neurologist said this could just be normal for my brain. The report said it was not diagnostic of MS, but that early MS could not be excluded completely. In the back of my head this whole time I have been wondering if this could all be due to my IUD. I had it inserted in January of this year(2 months after I had my son) and had no problems until the end of October when I quit nursing. I got my first period post insertion also during this month. I have a spinal tap set up for January 6 to see if that shows weather this is MS or not, but I am wondering if I should go get the Mirena out too. It sounds like several of you have been on the same rocky road I am on. It is so scary. I don't want to have MS, but it sounds like even if you get the Mirena out, the symptoms don't go away. Do my symptoms sound like any of yours? What would you do in my case? I have also had all the blood work done to rule out other things. My b12 came back at 333 which can be considered low although my dr considers it normal. I am still taking a supplement in case.
