 Do you have any advice for a person who has taken Raw Adrenal, by Natural Sources, every day for a couple of weeks, and wants to quit taking it?
The past couple of weeks have been very stressful for me with my mom passing away and things going on in my family. I tried the Raw Adrenal and it seemed to work wonders, but my instincts keep prodding at me not to continue on with it. The problem is, when I don't take it now, I get extremely tired and cold.
Is there a way I can minimize the discomfort and continue to be a functional person while stopping the Raw Adrenal?

The good news is that two weeks is not long enough to do much damage.

The best way to get off of them is to support your adrenal glands with natural vitamin C and pantothenic acid sources such as papaya, kiwis, nettle leaf and bee pollen.  Adaptogenic herbs will also help a lot.  My favorites are Chinese licorice root (G. uralensis), not American licorice root (G. glabra, schisandra berry and jiaogulan (gynostemma).  If you also suffer from thyroid issues then ashwagandha would be a good choice.

Stay away from stimulants like caffeine and nicotine.
