I usually sleep between 6AM and 2PM as that is the easiest way for me to get through the day and not feel completely trashed.
Prior to the test, I only got 2 hours of sleep and took samples at 9AM, 1PM, 6PM and then 10PM when I went to bed (yeah right!).
Was it a good idea?
Will the lack of sleep mess up my results? I had no other choice if I want a normal life i.e waking up between 7AM-9AM then I tested at the correct times right? Without AF I would never sleep between 6AM and 2PM.
I felt ok up until 4PM when I started to get very tired to I ate a meal and kept myself going till 10PM.
I didn't feel stressed as I stayed at home but I did have a nasty headache from like 3PM till bedtime.
