I have made many life style changes in the past 2 yrs after getting really sick. It was discovered that I am hypothyroid, adrenal fatigue, menopausal. I no longer take antidepressive/anxiety meds (which I have found I really never needed). I take 4 grains of Naturethyoid, 30 mg Cortif, bioidentical hormones. I am gluten/dairy free. Drink water all day long and eat organically use Sea Salt Ect... you get the picture.
I do take a lot of supplements for various things: Depression Mental Health:
L Glutamine 500mg (good for leaky gut too)
Choline & Inositol 500 mg
To heal my gut I add one capful of aloe vera juice to my water 2 times a day
Sprinkle ground flax seed in glutin free oatmeal and yogurt
Eat gluten and dairy free, organic foods
Daily I take a muti vitamin, Vit D 3000mg
Magnesium Glycinate 400 mg 2x a day
Carlsons Fish Oil
I would like to lower my cortif dose or eliminate it by taking more Vit C, and I just bought Stinging Nettles 480mg and Ashwagandha. I just don't know what to do with it now that I have it.
I know all this has improved my health because I got a cold that did not turn into broncitisis. That is the first time that has happened in 30 yrs!
Just trying to be healthy. What are your thoughts?
