During the primal diet I was eating chicken, pork, fish, beef, bison, almonds, all kinds of vegetables (broccoli, lettuce, carrots, snow peas, tomatoes, etc, etc).

Maybe it is a yeast thing. I'm scared to death to put coconut oil in my eyes, though, just because it seems like my vision problems started with the high fat diet and coconut oil is pure fat, I'm afraid it would make me go blind. But a general anti-yeast regimen seems like a good shot. It is so hard to do things that are difficult to implement when you have no idea what the likelihood is that it will even make any difference.
