and it just explained what I've been going through so well! It also seems to explain why people can have "permanent" IBS following food poisoning, as that never made sense to me (surely the bugs should be gone... shouldn't they? But no! lol).
And I do completely know what you mean about probiotics - I guess I just don't know enough about it yet, so don't trust myself with it!!
So why is it that certain foods contain high amounts of good bacteria? And would capsules like these that I already have be ok, or are they too limited (only 3 strains):
