What is water doing to you that you need to avoid it long enough to breathe? There are times I can't even take a tiny sip of water without it making me extremely dizzy and water logged! I'm very sensitive to minerals, too. I'm thinking it's the low aldosterone causing problems off and on.
Did you read my above post about being able to get to sleep by taking extra fish oil all at once? Maybe that will help you? I mainly posted that for you and gen1 so that you guys might be helped and get some sleep soon.
