The frequent urination means that your aldosterone levels are very low. Add more Sea Salt to your diet. With regard to increasing your morning cortisol, I am having great success with licorice root powder( you can buy it from amazon). two or three teaspoons in the morning with with milk, raw if you can find it. It also increases your aldosterone levels.Just watch your blood pressure. My blood pressure is now a steady 120/80. It used to be 90/60. You don't wan't it to go to high.
