Yes, gluten is sly and it is in tons of things...so I applaud you for taking this seriously for the sake of your daughter's health and your family.

I would love to hear about your recipes because quite frankly, I'm a mess in the kitchen when it comes to baking!! I can do normal cooking just fine, don't ask me to bake, it's a fiasco! But truly, I do need to learn because I don't eat anything by way of grains much but gf pasta and rice crackers. lol it's simply boring and gets old! I know this is not a recipe forum so if you have time to share you could inbox me. lol thanks! =) Maybe you could start a forum for baking gf goods? tehehehe....I think it would work!
