yup they are; but to get up to the RDA of 3 mg you will have to do 100 grams of almonds daily.
To have therapeutic effect of boron you need to go up to at least 12 mg.
Almond milk is a great way to get both magnesium, boron and other good stuff. I used to do that a lot when I was vegetarian, but it wasnt enough for either of the minerals in my case.
I recommend a good diet as a basic (nuts daily), then supplement in addition as needed.
