I think the recipe was supposed to be for essential oils taken internally. I never tired this recipe but I know that oregano oil and neem oil kill parasites. Here is the link to the original post and the text is below.

7 Essential Oils - to Kill Tapeworms
Sage, Thyme, Cardamom, Coriander, Caraway Seed, Fennel, Allspice
Put two (2) drops of each oil into an empty capsule. Swallow immediately. Take twice daily for three (3) days. Watch for the Tapeworm to exit with a bowel movement. Use a Syncrometer® for this. Test in colon or bile duct several times more. For people over 200 lbs. use three (3) drops of each oil three (3) times daily for three (3) days.
