In reference to your question about the Candida, I did have some Candida die with the Humaworm cleanse and I saw it come out, a lot of which came out during the basic liver flush. (Dr. Bailey recommends this after the Humaworm.) She did also recommend that I do the Candida cleanse and I am doing it now and there is still candida coming out of me.

Dr. Bailey has said that you do not have to change your diet for her cleanses to work. It can't hurt to cut out the sugars, but it is not required. Her stuff is AWESOME and will kill candida regardless of what you eat. I think it just helps things along to have a good diet. Tweet
