Noisy, hard beating heart, normal BP, some pain

I have moderate AF and moderate hypothyroidism according to my results, endo and symptoms:

I have a heart which doctors described as noisy but ECG was normal. It started about a year ago. Blood pressure is average 130/80 and pulse is average 72bpm. The pounding of my heart can be heard by someone else without a stethoscope in a quiet room with their ears close to my chest.

I have had what I can only describe as chest pain twice over the last 2 years which was synchronised with the beating of my heart and lasted for 3 beats each time.

Is this the symptoms of AF and hypothyroid?

Is it adrenaline/epinephrine causing this?

Please help me understand what it could be as my doctors are quite useless :(
