Very interesting thread. I have read over and over again in Lyme disease forums that many people who could not get better, started to do well only AFTER they start chelating heavy metals. This is so strange and interesting.
I was hoping to get an answer to 3 questions, if you don't mind.
1. How does one go about raising glutathione? The only thing I have come across so far is coffee enemas (alot of Lyme patients swear by it). But I haven't looked into other methods, and I hear the straight glutathione supplement does not absorb well.
2. Is HAIR ANALYSIS for Heavy Metals useful?? Or is Urine best?
3. Do you think heavy metals could be high in a person in there early 30's? Or does it not really matter the age and that is a stupid question...
Thanks for the help, hope you are all doing well
