Are you clear on amounts for the companions?
I just want to be sure because sometimes people aren't

for example Dr Abraham is very clear in his research and he states that
b2=100mg and Niacin = 500mg twice a day to heal Iodine transport problems
so the b-complex is a great, but you probably are not getting the b2/3 at this levels
brownstein recommends 3-10g of vitamin C/day
really important for healing oxidative damage effecting transport

I would highly recommend you get Brownsteins book on Iodine and read it, mostly pretty easy to read, skip the technical stuff if not your bag.....

I have one respectfully submitted disagreement in regards to chlorella though. For some people it is fine, for others with mercury issues there is the potential for it to stir up mercury. So, don't mean to overwhelm or confuse but I follow the work of Andy Cutler and Andy is pretty strong about how to chelate properly with the least amount of risk. He advises people to stay away from cilantro and chlorella because they have a weak bond to metals, whereas chelators like lipoic acid and dmsa have strong bonds to metals and are less likely to cause bouncing of mercury. So check your supplements, and make sure you don't have any that contain alpha lipoic acid, you do not want to be chelating while you still have mercury in your mouth, there is the potential for it pulling mercury into your brain and making matter worse.

save your pennies and get the fillings out safely as soon as you can and consider chelating safely after they are all out.

You definitely are not wasting the Iodine
every hormone receptor site in your entire body needs Iodine to work correctly. EVERY!
your adrenals need iodine to work!
So yeah, consider upping your dose
start doing salt flushes daily, you can do more than one a day if appropriate to help with detox symptoms
if you start to muscle cramp or get edema, do 1/4tsp salt and 1/4 tsp potassium chloride.

be aware of the common detox symptoms so you are tracking yourself

consider getting some SSKI and adding that on top of the iodoral you are taking. Several of us here are doing that, it can help with the halogen balancing.
