I've been doing Dr. Hagiwara's Magma Plus along with Dr. Ben Kim's whole food complete vitamin-mineral supplement for a long time now. Also I've been alternating the Green Magma with barley grass for quite a while, so during all this time I have done quite a bit of rebuilding. I'm eating very well, too. I've found the ionic or organic minerals are much better. The ionic minerals are what's in the green food supplements that can be easily used by the body.
