OXY POWDER REACTION,is this normal?

I started taking Oxypowder last night. i took the 4 pills they recommend. today i had 6 bowel movements thus far, nausea all day, feel really weak. stomach is cramping and i feel like its very acidic. also it got so bad i had to vomit and found a bunch of undigested food. the reason i started this cleanse is because i know i have poor digestion, food allergies , sinus problems, gas, constipation. but i tested negative for parasites in a stool test. i do see little whitish yellow stringy things floating at the top of the toilet and some at the bottom. they dont move. I feel so sick,like i want to throw up all day. Tweet
