 I've been taking supplements and vitamins for a few years now and not much has changed. Do you think Hypochlorhydria could be the problem? I'm always bloated and feel like I'm carrying my last meal with me for hours.

Yes, this is a possibility.  Bloating originating in the stomach indicates a lack of stomach acid.and/or yeast growing in the stomach.  This will generally result in acid reflux as well.  If the bloating originates in the intestines then this indicates Candida overgrowth in the intestines.
