hi, i usd the phos 90 and i also ate a little wheat free waffle the day of the flush and sme fat as someone on the site suggested, i passed two large stones at the end of my flush. it was difficult to pass but to my surprise it was the size of a half dollar. hope this helps. chippie Tweet
