Re: getting cold again

I'm experiencing something similar. Short bursts of feeling hot and clammy, against a backdrop of perpetual cold. But since I stopped the high doses of Iodoral a few weeks ago the coldness has diminished, as well as the frequency of the heat bursts. I got up to 50 mgs before I took a break. Now I'm basically 'pulsing' w/ a much lower dosage - 2 drops of Lugol's 5%. I need the breaks to flush my kidneys. One thing I noticed w/ Lugol's but not w/ Iodoral was after 2 or 3 days a strange odor in my urine which I assume is the bromide. Kinda cool actually to have the ability to get that out of there.
