I've wanted to try Qigong several times over the years. Recently my interest in it has resurged. And I really want to try it now. Every book or DVD I watch shows movements that I am unable to do because of herniated discs in my neck and shoulder and arm limitations and pain. Will I still benefit fully from the exercises if I leave out some movements or just do them to the extent that I can move my arm? Has anyone had experience with this?
