:-))))... Rainy, u know, I also found that article and made an extraction from it for Fizzz but then the net was disconnected and that post vanished for good. So, yeah, a Water Fasting is good but, having this condition, it should be taken only to the certain extend - being on a safe side. Yes, I agree to Fizzz that a juice fasting would be far safer option in this particular case. But if the main consern here is the amount of vitamins consumed on a daily basis to meet all vitamin and mineral needs then I am fine with that - at least two glasses of fresh juice on a daily basis, greens, protein, starches and fruits and vegetables. And as it was mentioned in that article, our body had reserves just in case. And 2-3 days just being on water should not bring any harm and as soon they are completed couple of days being on juices (if it is required) could take place.
Anyway, feel a bit better today. Went for 30 hours being just on water couple of days back and do feel I need to repeat it at least for couple of more days. Can't be bothered really but I just so tied of not being well!
