All of them work long-distance, you do not have to go into their office.
They are Nancy Guberti, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Dr. Hank Sloan and Dr. Dan Harper.
There are recorded conference calls where you can listen to all of them speak on the site.

I think the reason no one is answering you is that there are so few doctors that anyone knows of treating this disease.
