Re: What do you do for ColonCleansing right before LF?

So doing a Colon Cleanse for a few days isn't even the common procedure?

Epson Salts don't even really work for me. I've tried 2-4tsps and never get much. I'll still do them during the flush but I'm not going to bother before it. I also like being empty so just the stones and water comes out.

Thanks. Guess I'll just do the laxative teas to clean myself out.
