Hmmmm, I'd love to have some honey without worrying about it. There have been many discussions on this forum about honey. Some swear by it, others say NO. My natropathic doctor told me to have it, but I didn't believe him. The cocunut crystals are antifungal, and taste like brown sugar, no kidding.
I usually have my oatmeal with unsweetened ricemilk or almond milk in it, cinnamain, blueberrys, almond slivers, and a few tablespoons of ground flax, or chia. It's great, but I really want something else for a change.
