I roast (on top of the stove) basmati brown rice until slightly brown. Let it cool and grind (I use a coffee grinder)until it is almost powder. Boil some water and add the ground rice. Simmer until it is the consistency you like. Pour into a bowl and add some butter and a little almond milk. Top with chopped almonds and blueberries.
This has literally kept me alive during my three month Candida diet. The digestive system loves this!
