I was wondering the same exact thing. I took 5 days in a row and then one pill per week for a month. It did help. Not totally cured tho. It has been 5 weeks since i took the last one and am thinking of taking one every few weeks to keep it down. I am on my own too, because i have seen 3 doctors and not one yet, will do a test for me. So I gave up! Actually guessing i have yeast. Thats a really good question you asked. cindy Tweet
