I would highly recommend you get proper medical care.

First off, where are you getting IV fluconazole?

Secondly, anything can happen during an IV. You could have an anaphylactic reaction to the infusion (oral and IV can cause very different responses). You could get air trapped in the line and kill yourself with an embolism.

I would really not recommend you attempt something like that on your own.
